Got Your Fundraiser Tickets Yet ?? Only a Few Left

 

Hello Friends and Supporters of Oneness,
 
Just a few updates and reminders for people who have purchased or are considering purchasing tickets to our Fundraiser (see attached poster):                    
Dinner, Mercado, Silent Auction,  Cash Bar
Sat. May 13, 2017, 6:30-9:30
(Doors Open at 6 PM)
                                  St. Joseph’s Church Hall
                                   174 Wilbrod St., Ottawa, ON
                      $50/person
 
1. Tickets are still available.

Pre-purchased tickets can be picked up at the door.
Tickets will not be available for sale at the door. 
 
2.  The Fundraiser admission ticket includes parking in the church parking lot, so do not pay at the machine in the parking lot.
 
3. We are looking for services and/or gently used or new articles for our Silent Auction. If you can help, please contact Trudy Winterburn 613-808-5057 or 
4. Feel free to distrubite this reminder to anyone you think may be interested.
 
5. There will be a service in the church upstairs which will conclude just before our event. Parishioners will be exiting the parking lot. You are encouraged to arrive no earlier than 6:30 so space is available for you in the parking lot.
6. In compliance with Canada Revenue Agency rules, fundraiser ticket purchases and donations paid for with Visa or MasterCard will appear on your statement as “Horizons of Friendship”.  
Receipts for income tax purposes will be mailed to recipients in the weeks following the event. 
7. Silent Auction, Bar, and Mercado purchases paid for with Visa or MasterCard will appear on your statement as “Oneness Through Service”.
